1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditFav ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RedditFav is a web application that allows users to browse and rediscover their saved Reddit posts. The Service provides:

• An immersive viewer for saved Reddit posts
• Random browsing functionality to rediscover old saves
• Mobile-optimized access to your saved content

3. Account and Authentication

To use RedditFav, you must authenticate using your Reddit account through Reddit's official OAuth system. By doing so, you:

• Confirm you have a valid Reddit account in good standing
• Grant us read-only access to your saved posts
• Agree to Reddit's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

4. Daily Selection, Shuffle Pass and Support

• Your first selection of up to 24 saved posts is free. A new selection is available free every 24 hours after the latest selection refresh or shuffle. Reloading or signing in does not use up your selection.
• The unlimited shuffle pass costs €4.99 as a one-time payment and lasts 30 days from confirmed payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
• Buying another pass before expiry adds 30 days to your remaining time. Buying after expiry starts a new 30-day period. Shuffling may show familiar posts, depending on your available collection.
• When the pass expires, your free daily selection remains available.
• Optional contributions through Buy Me a Coffee support hosting and do not activate or extend a shuffle pass.
• Previous payment history and management of existing subscriptions remain available on the previous payments page. Purchasing a pass does not cancel an existing subscription.
• Payment details are displayed before confirmation. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

5. Acceptable Use

When using RedditFav, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The RedditFav name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and graphics are owned by us. The content you view through our Service (Reddit posts) remains the property of their respective creators and is subject to Reddit's terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of data retrieved from Reddit

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditFav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service

9. Third-Party Services

RedditFav relies on third-party services including Reddit's API, Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary contributions, and Stripe for shuffle passes and previous payments. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke access through your Reddit account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
